Banana Pineapple Coconut Smoothie

Indulge in the tropical flavors of banana, pineapple, and coconut with this refreshing smoothie. Its a perfect way to start your day or enjoy as a mid-day snack.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional
  • Ice cubes optional

Instructions:

Peel and slice the ripe banana

Add the banana slices, fresh pineapple chunks, coconut milk, plain Greek yogurt, and honey if desired to a blender

If you prefer a colder smoothie, you can also add a few ice cubes to the blender

Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy

If the smoothie is too thick, you can add a little more coconut milk to reach your desired consistency

Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness with more honey if needed
