Ingredients:
- 250g pasta of your choice
- 200g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 100g goat cheese, crumbled
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions:
Follow the directions on the package to cook the pasta until it is al dente
Remove the water and set it aside
Warm up the olive oil in a big pan over medium-low heat
Add the minced garlic and cook until it smells good
It will take about 34 minutes of cooking after adding the cherry tomatoes to the pan for them to start to soften
Toss the cooked pasta and tomatoes together in the pan after adding them
Crumble some goat cheese into the pan and toss the pasta around gently until the cheese melts and covers the pasta
Add pepper and salt to taste
Add fresh basil leaves on top and serve hot
