Ingredients:
- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Turn on the oven and heat it up to 400F 200C
Cut up some garlic and put it in a small bowl
Add some dried thyme, rosemary, oregano, salt, and pepper
Put the chicken breasts on a baking sheet that has parchment paper on it
Spread the herb mix out on all sides of the chicken breasts
Put the chicken in an oven that has already been heated up and bake it for 25 to 30 minutes, or until it is fully cooked and reaches 165F 75C
After taking it out of the oven, let it cool down for a few minutes
