Ingredients:
- 3 large tomatoes, sliced
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 cup vegan mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Arrange tomato slices on a serving plate
Layer basil leaves on top of the tomatoes
Place slices of vegan mozzarella cheese on top of the basil leaves
Drizzle balsamic vinegar and olive oil over the salad
Season with salt and pepper to taste
Serve immediately
