Keto Cheese Wraps

Instead of regular wraps, try these keto cheese wraps, which are low in carbs. They are quick and easy to make, and the gooey cheese holds everything together.

Ingredients:

  • 8 slices of provolone cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat

Place 2 slices of provolone cheese side by side in the skillet

Sprinkle 1/4 cup of shredded mozzarella evenly over the provolone slices

Season with a pinch each of garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, and black pepper

Allow the cheese to melt and slightly bubble, about 2 minutes

Using a spatula, carefully lift the edges of the cheese and fold over to form a wrap

Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the wrap holds its shape and is golden brown

Repeat the process with the remaining slices of provolone and mozzarella

Remove the cheese wraps from the skillet and let them cool slightly before serving
